[Thank you for sharing!][330 ml. bottle sampled @ O.B.E.R. Kerstbierfestival 2016] Dark brown amber, tanned head. Nose is very classical Belgian yeast & dark fruit, sweet spices, herbal, sugar,... Taste is equally classical sweet sugar, Belgian yeast, sugar, dark fruit, Christmas spices, sugar, faint cloves, dark fruits. Body is Belgian dark fruits & some yeast. Pretty solid, maybe a bit too tame. Very classical in a very Belgian fashion.

Smell of spices, gingerbread, oak. Very dark brown colour, high brown head. Aroma of cognac, oak, hops, some earth. Medium sweet, slightly bitter. Lively carbon, slightly oily palate. Medium body.

Fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal, des-16: dette var overraskende dårlig fra Mikkeller, her finner jeg ingenting av det jeg vanligvis gleder meg over i en sterk belgier. Kaffe, pærer (!), brent sukker, aceton, rå mesk og alkohol. I tillegg en merkelig tynn kropp for et så sterkt øl.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 05.12.16. Muddy brown. Small pale brown head. Aroma of raw dark mash. Taste is slightly better, with raw mash, burnt sugar, raw wood and moderate bitterness. Decent aftertaste. Low carbonation. Hints of aceton throughout,

Bottle from Alko, bbe 07/26. Poured cola deep brown color with a thick dense off white head. Coriander spicy, Belgian yeast and strawberry juice in aroma. Molasses. Pleasant aroma, quite complex. Flavor has lavendel and coriander, along with sweet dark fruits, candy sugar, Belgian wibes, xmas spices. Smooth, everlasting finish. Warming, no sign of the abv. Tasty, nice sipper. Not overly sweet either.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Dark brown colour. Aroma of oak molasses and a hint of fusel. Flavour of burnt sugar, molasses and oak. Alcohol warmth.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark brown with beige head. Aroma of nuts, alcohol, chocolate, raisins, oranges, roasted malt. Taste sweet with some roasted bitterness, some umami. Medium bodied, bitter finish. Well drinkable despite the strong alcohol.

Tap @ Flakhaven, Odense. Pours Dark amber with a small white head. Dark fruit, caramel, mild bubblegum. Phat and chewy malty. Sweet and Warming. Delicious.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (ØJ-dag share 03/11/2016) - dark reddish amber to brown coloured pour with beige head. Sweet and medium to light roasted malty, caramel, fudge, plethora of dark dried fruits, yeast, lovely spice laden finish.
