0,1l at Method Goat Tasting at Gebrande Winning. Yellow rather hazy color, small white head. Smells cheesy, some stone fruits, earthy, bit grassy. Nice smell. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of peach, earthy, spices, peppery, grassy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cheese. Stone fruits and earthy notes. Very nice, great balance 7, 4, 8, 4, 16

Tap. Pours slightly hazy golden, medium white head, creamy, dissipating slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is lemon, wood, must, Brett, mineral. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, bright, oaky, lemon, green apple. Light plus body. Clean with nice notes, not overly complex.

3 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Hazy ochre with a quickly thinning, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, old bread, cellar, dust, horseblanket, green apple, banana peel, unripe apricot. Taste is medium fruity sour, cellar, dust & leather, a bit fruity sweet with notes of green apple & banana, faint vinegar, supplemented by woody bitter touches, all the while quite yeasty & bready. Dry, bit tart, woody finish, lingering 'old' fruitiness, cellar & yeast. Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Feels quite young indeed, a bit rough.

Draught, Elizabeth Station. Pale and cloudy. Not much head of course, leathery, woody nose. Soft, has a nice juicy, leathery character. Refreshing. Really well balanced.

On tap at Bitter Creek during RBSG Meet and Greet. Pours an orange gold with no head. The aroma is strong funk, rubber, apple skin. Medium body, strong funk, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

On tap at Bittercreek. Pours a clear orange color with a small white head. Sour, husky, grapes, rich. Very woody. Pretty happy to see this on in the US.

Tried @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear yellow golden color, no head. Smell and taste hayish moderate orangepeel sour bitter. Hard to describe but it tastes awesome. Balanced tart sour bitter without being sour actually. As I said, hard to describe.
