Bag in Box @ Muted Horn Berlin. Pours with a hazy light amber color and a small white head, which disappears quickly. The nose is fresh green fruits like sour apples, grapes, some grapefruit-peel, some white-vinegar notes. Taste is well balancend between sweet and sour. Fruity taste of apple and grapevines. Dry finish and very low carbonation. Nice one!

Tap. Hazy amber-orange color with small white ring. Aroma is lemony, a little bit sweetness, funk and wood. Taste is lemony, sour, some residual sweetness, oily mouthfeel, just a touch of carbonation. Very nice Lambic!

Bag in box. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, fruit, and wood. The flvaor is sweet and sour with notes of wood, brettanomyces, and malt, leading to a dry and tart finish.

Bag in a box@Koelschip, Copenhagen - golden Amber with white head. Aroma and taste is sour fruity with notes of geape, grapeskin, some grass, straw, funky, medium sour fruity finish.

Draught at Elizabeth Station, Bellingham, WA; 5.2% ABV
Cloudy orange-blond color. Mild funky aroma, moldy cellar, fruity esters, ass. Soft mouthfeel, not much carbonation, some sweet lemon, and similarly astringent in the final.
Highly crushable, mild character for a lambic.

Draft - Bright white grape and some funk. Cloudy gold with no head. Grape, grapefruit rind and some funk. Nice.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is dry horseblanket. Bretty. Dry, citric and smooth bretty. Lingering bretty and sourish. Dry and citric finish.

Glass at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma of citrus, light funk, mineral notes, apple and light woody notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with flat carbonation.
