Prost! 7/5/8/4/11

Bottled 330ml (bottled 13-09-17, Beergium?)
Dark amber-copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma has honey, Sauternes and raisins. Medium-bodied. Sweet dessert wine (=Sauternes), honey and raisins also in the flavour. Quite light body. Light barrel-wood notes. Easy dessert beer.

Bottle. Color: In between ruby and copper. Thin beige head. Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter, clearly vinuous notes of white wine. Hints of caramel and nuts, wood, herbs, red fruit. Bittery finish, fruity with hints of wood. Lightly boozy. Pretty complex, enjoyable but not a top quad in my opinion.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of yeast, wood, ripe fruit, caramel and grass. Murky dark brown color with medium creamy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste start with sweet toasted malt and biscuit, following is fruity, yeasty and woody with mild vanilla note, mouthfeel is spicy and warming, while finish is mild grassy bitter. Full body, thick creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Even better than Cedar infused Quad...

Bottle in BOD thanks to Mark. It pours hazy red - brown with a medium off-white head. The aroma is rich, sweet, oily, sweet white wine, bright, gooseberry fool, tangy, oak, honeycake and oak. The taste is slick, drying, bitter, oily, oak, winey, sweet white grape, chewy, caramel, toffee, must, warming alcohol, bit of spice and vanilla with a slick finish. Full body, fine carbonation and slick finish. Punchy and chewy stuff. Fun in small measures.

Bottle shared at home. Bit hazy amber with beige head. Very strong white wine, herbal, caramel, old wood, vanilla and custard, soft raisins and grapes, apple, light hay. Quite sweet with medium alcoholic bitterness. Almost full bodied. Quite weird and milky, almost like apple pie without spices. Not bad but a good one for sharing.
