Lukt: Kraftig duft av sjokolade (Kakao) og vanilje.
Utseende: Kastanje rødbrun, nesten sort.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende skum.
Smak: Mild sjokolade, vanilje, fløteaktig, fløyelsmyk og kremaktig.
Hvor: Kjøpt@Melkebaren, Sandnes, Nydt@Melkebaren tasting med Gorm.

Cask. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Strong cocoa notes. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Too much cocoa. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Drucken på fat cask på Bishop Gustav, Malmö. TRevlig söt doft av mörk varm choklad. Smaken är lite i sötast laget med vanilj och chokladpuddingsvibbar, mjölkchoklad, rostad malt, rostad kokos. Jag har lite svårt för söta stouts, men här funkade det iaf hyfsat.

Dark brown, ruby light through, thin yellowy white head, some lacing
Aroma of soft sweet vanilla, sweet cocoa powder, sweet candy chocolate, no roast, unusual nose
Taste of sweet chocolate, like cheap US Hershey, soft vanilla, doesn’t have the depth as expected. mellow roast, soft dark malts
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, tad over sweet palate. Not sure about the afters.
Overall - Not convinced by this one, over sweet, seemed to have cheap candy chocolate in it.

Cask @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a strong cocoa and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty cocoa and milk chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty cocoa and milk chocolate finish.

On tap at Haand Ølfestival 2015, shared with Finn. Fair amount of lacing from a diminishing tan-coloured head. Near black body. Very o’boy aroma. Chocolate powder to the taste buds, hints of caramel. Slightly roasted finish. Not overly sweet. Okay, rather unvaried stuff though (Drammen 30.05.2015).

Transparent black pour with a beige head. Aroma contains strong notes of chocolate milk. So do also the flavor. Nice body and actually quite balanced sweetness. One is more than enough. But absolutely a good beer.
