I liked this cider OK. Its not artisanal really but it has more character than the overly sweet US ciders that taste like baby juice. This is a bit funky, with a semi-dry profile, a touch tart.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen, (03/11/2014) - golden pour with tiny bubbly head. Aroma and taste is a mix of crisp and sour apples, nice balance of sweetness and tart on the palate, light body, dry finish. Nice.

500 ml bottle. Practically clear golden body with a small vanishing white head. OK aroma of apples with a hint of oak. Flavor is medium sweet apple, light acidic and hint of oak in the background. Fine and balanced in body with a medium aftertaste where the oak becomes a bit more present. Light and refreshing pretty straight forward cider. Quite enjoyable without anything exiting going on.

500ml bottle from Sainsbury’s. Pours clear gold, no head. Apple aromas dominate, sweetness on the nose too. Taste has some tartness, but mostly apple sweeties. Not great.

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a minimal sized white rim of bubbles. The aroma feels a bit sweetish, with lots of apples and some apple cores. Semi-dry on the palate, with a little sourness. Medium body, some carbonation. Apples and cores in the flavor, some grass and pear hints. Lasting finish that is a bit too sweet. Decent this one, nothing more. 140724
