Appearance - Dark amber and clear with a foamy white head that dissipates into a thin white rim.
Aroma - Sweet, fresh apples with notes of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger and raisin.
Experience - Sweet, baked apples followed by a vivid blend of clove and cardamom. Black tea rounds out the flavor and leaves little to no tannin. Medium-bodied with a crisp, red apple skin aftertaste.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours tiny hazy reddish goldenish brown with almost no head. Smell is fruity and spicy with ripe apples, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cinnamon sprinkled baked apples, lemon peal and a most likely perceived hint of black tea. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly sour, fruity and spicy with smashed apples, ginger, cardamom, cloves, honey, lemon juice, moist soil and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tart, slightly flat, slightly watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and slightly sour with smashed apples, ginger, cloves, lemon juice, moist soil and lemon peal. Cool offering! Really gets the chai tea element just right and the cider base is solid. Would have loved some more carbonation to liven it up slightly but this is good. --- Beer merged from original tick of B. Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Ariel. Murky amber-brown. Aroma of cinnamon, clove, cardamom and ginger. Sweetish flavor with apples, chai spiciness and a mild sourish note. Medium-bodied. Too spicy for my liking.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Translucent amber with no head. Aroma is nice clove, medium body, no carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is apples, clove, some cardamom, some cinnamon, and hints of ginger. Really good balance and proportion of the spices, really enjoyed this one, but a little carbonation would have knocked this up a couple notches for me.
