Appearance - Dark amber and clear with a foamy white head that dissipates into a thin white rim.
Aroma - Sweet, fresh apples with notes of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger and raisin.
Experience - Sweet, baked apples followed by a vivid blend of clove and cardamom. Black tea rounds out the flavor and leaves little to no tannin. Medium-bodied with a crisp, red apple skin aftertaste.

Taste is slightly dry and spiced, slightly dry apple cider, cinnamon, cloves, grass, raisins, minerals, hints of dark berries. Slightly dry and watery mouthfeel. Interesting, still a little boring.

Draught @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Aroma is like mulled wine. Honey and spices. Flavour has honey, spices, leathery tones and some appleish sweetness. Not your typical cider, not your typical mead.

On tap at Taphouse. Crystal clear dark amber with a tiny head. Aroma is spicy, almost Christmas-like with cinnamon and clove, along with cherry. Dry and fruity and a little too spiced for its own good.

Half liter bottle from Beer Run. Clear amber. Aroma of chai, clove followed by sweet apples. The taste is sweet apples, caramel. vanilla, chai spice finish. Medium bodied, mild lingering spice, still. Solid.
