Appearance - Dark amber and clear with a foamy white head that dissipates into a thin white rim.
Aroma - Sweet, fresh apples with notes of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger and raisin.
Experience - Sweet, baked apples followed by a vivid blend of clove and cardamom. Black tea rounds out the flavor and leaves little to no tannin. Medium-bodied with a crisp, red apple skin aftertaste.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As B. Nektar The Dude’s Rug ].Clear medium amber orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, cinnamon, spicy, spicy apples - apple cake - apple pie - apple porridge. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, tart apple, spicy - cinnamon, thin. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150502]

Bottle courtesy of and shared with Meadme. Cuivrée léger présentant un léger trouble. Arôme au bouquet de cidre-pomme, épices avec un ressentit prononcé de cannelle et gingembre. Palais de pomme, note fine de thé avec qcq épices en fin de bouche - cannelle, girofle, et un côté gingembre qui accentue le profil épicé. Fine conserve une fine astringence de la pomme avec ce thé noir qui perdure en fin de bouche.

150 ml. + 250 ml. draft @ Delirium Tap House. Pours surprisingly dark, deep brown dark copper light reddish with obv. no head. Nose huge chai tea, insanely intense, big very sweet & sugary ice cider like cooked apple sweetness, caramel, huge sweetness,… Taste is huge on chai, huge apple sweetness, almost akin to an ice cider but less thick, big caramel, very sweet cooked apple, brown sugar, very big very sweet ice tea, cooked apple juice,… Sticky caramel & sugar body but you notice that the ABV isn’t very high, low carb. Quite like it, recommended if you like chai tea & very sweet things.

Bottle shared by AdamJax, after a crazy day in Burlington VT. Amber color without head. Aroma is a boat load of spice, cinnamon, chai, tea leaves, cardamom. The flavor is a blast of the spices found in the aroma, gosh just a ton of spice. The apples is hard to find under all this spice but it is there.
The body is medium and has a soft carbonation level. Overall this was overly spice and after 3 oz I couldn’t drink anymore. Maybe best to spilt this with about 5 people, people who really enjoy chai spiced tea.

Brown appearance, with a little purple/pink hue. no head, slight carbonation formed in the pour. Aroma, that is a ton of chai spice! like overwhelming with sweet, chai, burlap must. The taste, yeah you get a lot of cider. It’s there for sure but then it’s just chai spice for days. like a lot! Sweet Cider and cinnamon help to balance things out. In big gulps and ice cold, it’s not awful but the spice here is just too much.

@BeerTemple, Amsterdam 30/5/2015 - Wat licht colabruin-achtig kraagloos. Aroma van kaneel en kruidnagel. Smaken van appeltjes, licht zuurtje, deels fris maar wordt totaal overruled door de enorme hoeveelheid aan kruidnagel, wtf een een nageltje of 2 is prima te doen, maar dit is een totale overkill.... nee dank je

Spicy cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and apple nose. Dark copper, clear. Cinnamon and clove, apple. Light body, tangy, velvety. I do love mulled ciders and this is fantastic.
