Lata 44 cl en el lúpulo feroz 5 marzo 2019. (r32). Lote 095. Fcpref 05..24. Color negro intenso con espuma bige desaparece al poco casi por completo. Sabores maltosos tostados con abundantes especies que lo dominan todo desde el principio al final. Cuerpo y medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio. Not as bad as i feared by far, quite enjoyable even. However, it's still just an unnecessary and bad idea. Sweet, lots of ginger and lemon grass. Thin, notes of coffee. Oversweet and unbalanced, not enough stout and too much ginger. Which I don't like.

Can shared with Koelschtrinker. A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of lemongrass, ginger, dark malt, spices, coffee. Taste of ginger, dark moderate sweet malt, lemongrass, coffee.

500ml can. Pours deep brown/black, oily. All cinnamon and treacle on nose. Disappointingly thin. A bit sickly sweet, but spices warm up nicely.

Can @ home. Black color. Light brown head with short retention. Aroma's: ginger, citrussy (must be the lemongrass), roast, coffee. Retronasal: citrussy, ginger, roast, coffee, light sweet. Flavor is light sweet, roasted, light bitter, spices. Medium bodied. Long finish with spices, roast, some bitterness.

06/10/2018 - sampled from bottle on RBBSG 2018 Black colour, dark tanned head. Nose is spices, herbal, licorice. Taste is dark matls, roasted, herbs and spices.

440 ml. can shared @ RBBSG 2018. Black syrup. Nose is herbal, ginger & lemongrass crash against everything, soy sauce & dark fruits, nothing blends. Taste is total mess of lemongrass, ginger & galangal that clash totally against roast, soy sauce, mocha, nothing blends, total mishmash of flavours,.. Soy sauce body.

Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: dark chocolate, bit spicy, ginger notes, chlorine, bit sweet, some cinnamon, vanilla notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft roast, little bitter, chocolate, lots of coffee, very roasted, bit sourish. Aftertaste: more acidic, unpleasant finish.
