Bottle at SISGA 2015. Initially quite sweet, slowly turns to a dry sourish finish. Simple apple character, but tasty and easily drinkable. Apcohol hidden well.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 05.12.2014
I’ve seen some single hop ales, at Portland I tasted a single malt beer from Rogue – and now I am having a single variety cider. What next?
Aroma has apples, some leathery and earthy notes. Flavour has somewhat floury apples and some leathery notes. Too sweet, perhaps I should stick to the most dry ciders.

[Bottle from Landon Beck YHA - thanks Cat for sharing] Gold, rather fizzy. Aroma is peach, vinegar sourness and old, over-ripe apples. Sweet at first without being too sticky, in fact it would be rather a good, full mouthfeel if it wasn’t for the annoying fizz. However, the flavour is not great, being on the light side for the ABV, and with a little too much vinegar. Leaves no lasting taste in the relatively crisp finish; in fact gives the impression of being a much lower ABV than it is. So overall not great, but more drinkable than some.
