Aroma of dark fruits, brown sugar, molasses, light vanilla, raisins. Flavour is brown sugar, dark fruits, molasses, pretty sweet. Finishes rather dry. Pretty decent Quad.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, dried fruit and some roasty notes in the aroma. Malty sweet alcoholic flavor. Dried fruit, plum, roast, hint of tobacco. Somewhat oily mouthfeel. Decent.

Zwart bier met schuim. Smaak is warm, krachtig en licht zoet met iets van rozijnen, pruim , kandij suiker en chocolade.

Flesje gedronken bij tasting Mitra Oirschot. Robijnrood helder bier. Aroma van donker fruit. Smaak en nasmaak van koffie en hop.

Geproefd bij BX met Roelzie1986, Inoven en Benzai. Het is een donker bruin bier met een dunne schuimkraag. Het heeft een gebrande moutige smaak met rood fruit.

Bottle picked up from World of Drinks, Market Hall, Rotterdam, Netherlands, consumed in Frank at Camping Corfewater, Pettern, Nord, Holland, Netherlands 27th September 2016 Pours dark very murky brown (bad pouring on my part) with a mid sized off white head/light beige. Soft in the mouth, very nice carbonation, plenty of caramel, a little boozy, sweet but not too sweet. Good slick big Quad, nice spiciness, good warmth, really moreish, enjoying this. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Bottle shared at THT. Clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, overripe dark fruit and raisin. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at THT May. Unclear chestnut, creme head. Sweet toasty malts, caramel, some faint cherry fruitiness, nutty, wood. Medium sweet, under medium bitter. Medium body, low carbonation.

Bottle at THT May. Bit hazy reddish brown with beige head. Figs, bubblegum, caramel, some herbs, chalk and minerals. Under medium sweet with dry chalky bitterness. Over medium bodied.
