Bierstark: Unser OETTINGER Kristallweizen wird obergärig gebraut und ist so blank und rein, wie ein Kristall nur sein kann. Es wird kühl, aber nicht eiskalt getrunken - 7 bis 8 Grad Celsius sind angemessen. Hält man das Glas beim Einschenken schräg, entsteht eine ansehnliche Schaumkrone. Unser Kristallweizen hat einen spritzigen, unbeschwerten Charakter. Verfeinert mit einer Scheibe Zitrone macht es sich gut in der großen Runde.

pours clear golden colour with a big white head and some lacing. nose banana, yeast, grains. flavour banana, bread, slightly salty mineral water. watery, astringent mouthfeel.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier, viel CO2, viel Schaum. Geruch hefig, leicht malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, im Abgang leicht würzig.

Bottled 500ml. -Golden coloured, small white head, notes of wheat in the nose. Malty, bready and mild wheaty with notes of banana and canned corn. Watery with almost tasteless finish. Not good.

50cl bottle @ Skydiscount, Flensburg. Pours clear golden with a white head and lacings. Aroma is mild banana mainly. A bit sweet. Taste is sweet of banana, wheat and a faint hint of citrus. Medium bodied. Drinkable pleasant Kristallweizen.
