Named for our grandfather, who was lovingly called "The Master". Its unforgettable character mirrors that of the legendary urban figure of "The Master". It's a fresh, fruity IPA that is perhaps not as bitter and makes it pleasing to drink. Merkur, Nelson and Citra hops.

Bottle from FinestBelgianBeers. Pours a slightly murky golden/orange colour with a large throthy off-white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of citrus fruits, orange zest, pine and some spice. Taste is again more citrus fruits with more notable pithy orange, lemon and grapefruit zest. Medium bodied, fairly smooth mouthfeel and a long zesty bitterness on the finish. Very good.

Keg at Gollem, Antwerpen, 07/12/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent offwhite head. Nose is melon, bitter orange pith, straw, tangerine, light breads. Taste comprises citric pith, Belgian yeast esters, hint of orange wine gums, juicy tropical fruits, airy malts, mango pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
