Named for our grandfather, who was lovingly called "The Master". Its unforgettable character mirrors that of the legendary urban figure of "The Master". It's a fresh, fruity IPA that is perhaps not as bitter and makes it pleasing to drink. Merkur, Nelson and Citra hops.

Bottle at home. Dark orange beer medium head. Aroma is hoppy with tropical fruits citrus. Taste is the same. Some sweetness in it. Very nice.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, big ivory head. Strong tropical fruit aroma (mango, sweet citrus etc.), a bit of fruity tartness and just a hint of pine. The taste, in comparison, feels much drier, with low sweetness and slight fruitiness and nice clean dry bitter finish. No much of what we call „Belgian” in it. Very good.

Bottle @ Willems, Grobbendonk. Pours hazy orange with a creamy head. Grass, grapefruit and yeast. Hops is fading. Bottle is 6 plus months old .. Still quite enjoyable. Bitter finish. Okay.

Bottle at Delirium Hoppy Loft. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, citrus and some apricot. The body was medium as was the bitterness. A descent one.

[9/21/15] Bottle at Le Trappiste in Bruges. Hazy golden with floaties and a white head. Pleasant fruit hops aroma with a bit of yeast. Flavor has some malt sweetness, yeast, fruity hops, and a moderately bitter finish with a light alcohol hint. Medium-bodied.

hazy golden to orange colour, huge, quite dense yellowish off-white head; aroma of peach, tropical fruits, floral notes, hints of citruses, bread and caramel; bittersweet taste with tropical fruity-piney-citrusy-peachy, as well as caramel notes; excellent IPA

Bottle @ home. Clear golden amber colour with a medium sized white head. Smells hops, fresh, fruity, apricot, sweet, nice. Tastes hops, fresh, sweet, fruity, bitter, hint of iron. Medium body, perfect carbo.

Hazy, amber colored, medium to strong white head. Aroma is of tropical fruits and citrus, bit floral and a caramalty background. Taste is medium sweet caramalt, tropical fruits, bit biscuit, grapefuit, some floral hops, medium aroma and bitterness, touch of alcohol, dry. Medium+ bodied and moderate carbonation. Nice break between the usual Belgian styles :)

0.33 l bottle from Firma Bier, best before 5/3/2017. Clear, golden orange with a huge, creamy, stable, tan to white head. Fruity-resiny aroma of mango, passion fruit, orange, pine and some honey. Sweetish, fruity-resiny taste of mango, passion fruit, orange, honey and pine, followed by a short, medium bitter finish. Medium body, creamy and effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very fruity, nicely balanced with enough sweet malts on the one hand and bitter hops on the other. Very creamy for an IPA as well, very good!

Bottle, 7.0%. Good fruity hop aroma, mango and a little cat’s urine. Almost clear copper colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has the same notes as the aroma as well as a creamy touch, a little sweetness, and a little funk. Very good.
