Named for our grandfather, who was lovingly called "The Master". Its unforgettable character mirrors that of the legendary urban figure of "The Master". It's a fresh, fruity IPA that is perhaps not as bitter and makes it pleasing to drink. Merkur, Nelson and Citra hops.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with mild estery touches. Intense, bitter, hoppy flavour with citric and fruity notes and touches of malt and yeast. Lingering, bitter aftertaste with citric hints. A nice one. Well-balanced and enjoyable.

Flaska@Pressklubben. Blommig doft med svaga men tydliga aromer av citrus, grape och säd. Lätt sötma inleder smaken. Sedan övergår den till en först höig, och sedan fruktig beska. Bra balans i smaken. Mjuk munkänsla och medellång eftersmak.

Many thanks for this beer to JefVerstraete. Piwo typowe jak na Belgie, potezna mocno zbita pianka. Piekny morelowy lekko metny kolor. Pachnie oliwka, olejami i iglakami. W smaku zywiczne i oliwkowe alkohol nie wyczuwalny. Bardzo smaczne i wytrawne piwo.

Keg at la trappiste. Pours hazy orange, nose is sweet toffee, pine, herbal, taste is sweet crystal malt, fruity.

Hazy amber color, medium-sized white head. Strange barnyard aroma with hops. Medium-bodied. Candyish sweet tropical fruityness, some citrus and cow dang. Nice lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Something weird here. Yeast doing gimmicks?

Flaska från Saveur-bier. Bärnstensfärgad/orange, disig, högt skum som lämnar fina gardiner. Lite murrigt jästig doft med citrus- och tallsdoft. Även smaken är murrig som lite för många svenska nya bryggerier. Lite förvånande att även proeföl kan smaka så här. Nu är inte flaskan purfärsk och baokm murrigheten kan man känna att det här är en högoktanig IPA med hög beska och stora humlesmaker men den murriga jäästsmaken med källar- och kartongtoner förstör mycket av den upplevelsen. Trots allt ok = drickbar.

Draft at Billie’s. Golden pour. Aroma is really fruit and tropical, with passion fruit. Taste is very fruity and hoppy, with passion fruit, citrus and mild caramel. Very nice.

Bottled@Cambrinus, Bruges. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and some mild fruity notes. Flavour is quite similar in a quite nice balance. Fresh.

Bottle from barrique, bb 04/12/16, large sample. Hazy golden color, medium frothy off-white head, some debris. Aroma of citrussy hop, pineapple, slight spicy yeast. Bit tropical fruit. Thick body. Bit fruity sweetness in taste, soft bitterness. Unclean yeast. Bit funky even. Dry finish. Ok.
