Ter Dolen Winter is a creation of our youngest brewmaster Hendrick. For the winter season, he chose to brew a dark beer with a deep red shine. On top of three varieties of malt and two breeds of hops, he added locally produced honey as well as cinnamon.

pours copper , no real head smells very herbal taste is bitter, very green and floral . bit sweet, some sugar

Sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Clear dark red color, small beige head. Smell and taste lightly malts, caramel, honey, slightly herbs or spices, slightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation.
