This massively dry-hopped ale has minimum malt complexity and a combination of juicy, tropical fruit-forward hops with heavy resinous American hops. Sample at Appalachian Vintner. Hazy golden color with a medium ivory white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

At the brewpub on tap it is a clear golden color with a white head the aroma is grapefruit and tastes of white grapefruit with a bitter finish

On draft at Wicked Weed. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Juicy fruit nose. Flavors of mandarin orange and grapefruit zest. Bitter finish.

Draft. Crystal clear bright yellow color, white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of bitter pineapple and grapefruit. Taste has balanced bitter fruit.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey for the Wicked Weed DC Debut event. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was lots of tropical fruit notes. Enjoyable. Pine, floral notes, citrus. Tastes pretty strong for an IPA.
