The Midway was the park at the heart of the 1893 world’s fair in Chicago to which people came from far and wide to enjoy. Inspired by this, our Midway Session IPA has the citrus hop hit people love in an easy drinking IPA for everyone.

Goose Midway is a lighter, sessionable IPA, which combines delicate citrus aromas with a balanced malt backbone, evoking tropical and mandarin notes. Using Hallertau, Amarillo, Centennial and Mosaic hops gives this IPA a medium to low malt profile, with a medium to low bitterness.

330ml can; BB Jan 2021. Drank at home on 22nd Apr 2020. Poured into an old 'Yuengling' glass in my garden after walking the dog during the virus Lock In. Almost 'Lager like' in looks, clean and clear golden body with a fast fading white crown. Citrus notes in both the nose and taste, dry nature to the brew, even though it has a decent malty base. --- Beer merged from original tick of Session IPA on 06 Dec 2021 at 03:34 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Keg, half-pint in The Thistle Hotel, Terminal 5 Heathrow on the night before we flew to California. Saturday 4th December 2021. Clean and clear golden body, white crown on top. Hoppy nose and taste, but not overly so, light fruity notes, oranges and other citrussy, tropical fruits, add a piney twist and a bit of maltiness and you've got it!

Creamy white head stayed on a well carbonated amber coloured body. Pith, pale malt & hops aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with s dry clean back. Earth, hoppy, citrus, pith, citrus & faint malt tastes. Tastes like a watered down Goose IPA - which it probably is!

330 ml can. Clear golden, foamy head. Honey, hoppy notes, light pine, hay. Light dry bitterness, slightly sweet. Light bodied, watery text, soft carbonated, dry finish. Rather boring.
