The Midway was the park at the heart of the 1893 world’s fair in Chicago to which people came from far and wide to enjoy. Inspired by this, our Midway Session IPA has the citrus hop hit people love in an easy drinking IPA for everyone.
Goose Midway is a lighter, sessionable IPA, which combines delicate citrus aromas with a balanced malt backbone, evoking tropical and mandarin notes. Using Hallertau, Amarillo, Centennial and Mosaic hops gives this IPA a medium to low malt profile, with a medium to low bitterness.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma has lots of bright, citrusy hop notes. Flavour is similar but less intense. Clean and easy to drink.

On tap. Pours a light gold with light head. Aromas of perfumey hops, light lavender, and unidentifiable dry fruit. Flavors of grain, grass, more unknown fruit and a bit of cardboard and resin. A bit of a miss, though quaffable when cold.

Average of two ratings. Funny to see it's almost exactly the same score!

Can picked up on the cheap at Tesco Inverurie. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, grapefruit, orangey citrus, sticky, sponge cake and some grass. The taste is dry, fairly crisp, bitter, toasted grass, toasty grain, pithy citrus vibes, slightly soapy and a touch floral with a dry finish. Lighter end of medium body and average carbonation. Drinks easy, but not a whole lot to it. Alright.

C'est très respectable comme IPA, mais pour un produit relativement nouveau (au moment de la déguster), je trouve ça conservateur sur tous les aspects...
