The Midway was the park at the heart of the 1893 world’s fair in Chicago to which people came from far and wide to enjoy. Inspired by this, our Midway Session IPA has the citrus hop hit people love in an easy drinking IPA for everyone.
Goose Midway is a lighter, sessionable IPA, which combines delicate citrus aromas with a balanced malt backbone, evoking tropical and mandarin notes. Using Hallertau, Amarillo, Centennial and Mosaic hops gives this IPA a medium to low malt profile, with a medium to low bitterness.

Keg at firejacks March 2019.... Golden amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft dry grapefruit nose... Light dry bitter fruit.. Long dry grapefruit keg at Chester races may 2022...golden... small white head.... rising bubbles... Light bitter fruit... soft oily orange.. Light dry finish 3.5

Can. Color: Clear golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Hop, citrus. Taste: Malt, hop, citrus notes. Moderate hopbitter, moderate sweet. Lacking body and bite. Definitely session IPA, but not one of the best in my opinion.

Fra fat på Heathrow, før avreise til Stavanger nov-18: klar gylden med ok skum. Milde citrustoner sammen med en behagelig floral bitterhed. Hint av tropiske frukter. Godt balansert pøseøl med høy ff.

Draught @ Beer Temple. Clear golden colour. Small white-ish head. Aroma's: grassy, fruity. Retronasal: citrussy and fruit. Flavour is almost neutral, just hints of sour and bitter. Light bodied. Moderate bitter finish. OK.

Sampled draft @ BeerTemple. Thanks to kermis. Clear golden, soapy white head. Nose is basic soap, yeast, white grape hop. Taste is metallic, thin cornflakes, cereal, soggy with soap & yeast. Body is thin and cereal with metallic streak. Surprisingly bad but the Goose Islands standards don’t seem to be particularly good in general.

On tap at Gist. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of aspartame, light fruity, fake citrus, malts. Flavour follows, very macro and fake citrusy, aspartame, bitter finish. Too clean.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops and green weeds. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear golden beer with a bubbly white head. Smells of zesty hops. Flavour is much the same with some lemony tropical fruit. Dry, hoppy aftertaste. Or try decent for something so reasonable.
