International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle. Hazy pale golden with thin white head. Sour, fruity, funky apple with some glue. Quite sour and mild bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Hazy golden with white head. Funky, sour apple and what I guess is persimmon, soft glue and lemon. Medium sour, light sweet. Solid medium bodied.
