Corked bottle at CapFlu’s Blomster Bash
Hazy deep blond color. Fruity and deep aroma, quote funky, with apple peel. Highly carbonated, very tannic, but with residual sweetness. Plenty of apple peel.
Great one.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden orange with a tiny white head. Nose is very dry, full of champagne, funk and horse blanket. Flavour brings out lots of funk, hay, champagne, and slight sweetness. Very unusual sweetness and funkiness for a cider, but it all somehow works, with the mouthfeel of a champagne. Delicious stuff.

Bottle - Sour apples and a bit of farmhouse funk and oak. Cloudy gold with almost head. Very effervescent with sweet apple and some oak to balance.
