2014 bottle, has been standing in my "cellar" for some years. Pours pitch black, like motoroil, with a dark brown head that doesn't last long. Aroma's of vegetal chili, spices (cinnamon certainly, light vanilla), chocolate. Flavour is (above) moderate sweet with some roasty bitterness. Above medium bodied. Chili heat is very mild. Alcohol well hidden. Long finish, with spices and light roasty bitterness.
@Bbf’19, this is still a great beer, dark chocolate, Rich malty base, bourbon, still great after these years!

Don't hold onto one of these for 3 years... ah well - still a ton of cinnamon, everything else is a lot more subtle. Start of oxidiation.
Wow. Worth the wait. Thanks Dave Chmela.
Roast and spice in gentle balance. Very light sweetness, bitter, malty spicy taste. Dry Huna, not as sweet as expected which is nice. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hunahpu's Imperial Stout (2014 - Batch #2) on 28 Sep 2019 at 14:21 - Score: 8. Original review text: Nice!
