From Bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Pale Amber color, Canned apricot in the aroma. Massive sour flavor with Canned apricot and perhaps some berry fruit, vinous, matured, Good!

Bottle at goose island shoreditch. Pours murky orange, nose is custard cream, BlackBerry, oak, funk, taste is tart berries, balsamic vinegar, oak, funk.

Minimal off white head left a small collar on a hazy blood orange flesh coloured body. Sour, vinous aroma with grape, wood & spices. Medium bodied, sharp as a pin on the tongue with an abrupt clean finish. White wine, spices, spices, jam, wood, berries & yeast tastes.

Hazy red colour with no head. Aroma and flavour are very tart. Definitely vinegary. Lovely fruity blackcurrant flavour. Lots of funk and woody dryness.

Bottle, 750 ml, from Beer Republic. Shared with others. 2015 Just a bit cloudy red, small white head. Lots of funk, acetic, berries, strong acidity, wood. Vinous. Medium bodied.
