Bouteille 375ml. Couleur rouge foncé presque opaque, mousse rosée fuyante. Arôme de cerise, noyau de cerise, vinaigre de vin acidité. Goût de cerise, boisé, levure sauvage, funky, bonne acidité. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Pale red colour, no head. Smell is lactic acid, tannine and some fruitiness. Taste is very tarte, tanninic, with some very little sweet fruitiness coming to the end. Dry mouthfeel. Long woody aftertaste. Great thirst quencher, very very nice kriek.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy red with thin pink head. Aroma of cherries, lemon, horse stable, hay, acetic, much brettanomyces. Taste extremely sour, vinegar, little fruit, little vanilla. Very long sour aftertaste.

Bottle shared at The Hague New Year Whale Session. Pours hazy red purple with a ring pink head. Aroma of tart cherries, light funk, light wood, barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy acidic. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle. Dark red/purple with fuzzy pink head that disappears immediately. Black currant, sour cherries, almond cookies, very woody and spicy, nuts and berry pits. Some barnyard, but very fresh, no oppressive horse blanket. Very crisp and fresh with a deeeeep sour body, quite acidic, and a light, very dry bitter finish. I really love this.

At a private tasting in Serbia with markoijelena and luttonm. "Pour it" deep rose colour, cloudy with a gassy minimal white head. Nose: vinegars, cherries. Mouth: acetic notes, gassy and astringent background, dry palate. Great one ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ Home. Pours reddsih brown with a fast fading pink head. Aroma of sourness, dark red cherries, little almond, vanilla, wood, light notes of vinegar. Flavor is nicely sour, wood, dusty, barnyard, cherry, but not as pronuced as in aroma, vinegar. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry very acidic finish. 081114
