In my point of view, it is a correct IPA, decent bitterness staying a long time, hop, malt, well balanced, I love it, 15.02.2017, buying it at the drinks of the world, Geneva.

a little light colored for an ipa, more yellow than a dark amber or orange. Typical american hops aroma, lots of grapefruit, and citrus, with some pine. A nice amount of malt to balance in the flavour. A good IPA.

Lattina.

Can from famila chiampo. Hazy bright golden color rocky offwhite head. Flavor super citrusy of hops resin and solit bready malt. Loads of resin, pine, orange juice, grapefruit, floral. Some yeast for silky texture and solid body, smooth yet fairly crisp sticky finish. Lot of play between sugary body and moderate bitter finish.

Can, Famila store, Gorizia. Clearer amber golden, medium white head, quite lasting. Nice fruity nose, sweet and peachy with some flowers. Medium bitterness, a bit grassy with some milder sweetness to it. Lasting aftertaste. Light body. Proper IPA.

Can, 0.355l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma is herbal, citrusy, mild tropical fruity and biscuity. Pours cloudy dark golden color with large creamy off-white head, good lacing and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts mild to medium sweet grainy, herbal and resinous, following is mild tropical fruity and medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, mild spicy and quite astringent with heavy bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Tasty Avery, not Averagy…

Bottle at home. Not sure how well this might have stood up to the trip to Japan and couldn't find any date to say how old it is. Anyway, light amber colour with off white head. Aroma is caramelly, bit of citrus hops, pretty nice. Taste is similar, caramel malty, nice bitter finish. Not so much citrus as the aroma. Pretty nice, but now I want to try this fresh as I think it has lost some edge. Rerate: it had lost a lot. Second time round, lots of citrus fruitiness. Malt is a lot more subdued. Pretty nice. Difficult to pick out anything so different, but is just a good tasting IPA.
