This ipa poured a slightly cloudy, medium yellow colour with a soapy, bright white, minimal head. Scents include sour milk, grass and dough. First taste was very hoppy with flavours of sweet malts, spruce and grass with a little caramel. Finish is bitter with hoppy cereal flavours lingering.

Tap at Blind Tiger, Mahnattan - 30/05/12. Clear golden amber with a thin head. Floral hops, pine, tropical fruit nose. Tastes as nose with a malt backbone. Lightish medium in body, moderate carbonation, decent but not a spectacular IPA.

Flaske delt med medbrygger Bråtveit da vi brygget Hulderøl i des-09, fritt etter hukommelsen: en av mange gode øl denne dagen, må prøves igjen. Husker den som en velhumlet øl.

Can @ Oliver Twist. Pours hazy pale golden with a rather small frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of thick lacing on the glass. Smell is slightly sweet, slightly malty and hoppy with crackers, caramel, grapefruit juice, green grapes, orange zest, lemon zest, dry soil, plums, wine gum candy and hints of grass and pine. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, hoppy and fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, green grapes, unripe plums, pineapple, unripe mango, fresh grass, resinous wood, pine and hints of dry soil. Mouthfeel is round, slitly oily bitter and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, bitter and hoppy with pine, resinous wood, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, orange zest, grape zest and crackers. Nice and refreshing.

Re-rate 12/15: Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. A bit stale citric and floral hops, malt. Could be fresher but still decent. 6/3/7/3/13=3.2

Bottle sample a tasting at LiBira pub. Thanks zvikar. Slightly hazy deep golden. Aroma of stale floral and piney hops. Sweetish malty flavor with a bit of honey and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. 5/3/6/3/12=2.9

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin layer of lace. The nose has cake mixture with a hint of spice. The taste has more cake mixture, some raisins and a light orange fruity finish. The palate has a medium body and texture with a lovely elegant finish. Overall, great beer.
