8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, 17 years before bbd. Pours a slightly unclear yellow, with a tiny rocky head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of apples, musty plums and funky floral bretty minerals, as well as farmhouse and wooden barrels. Medium body, with almost no carbonation. Flavour is lactic with tart notes of hay, apples, fruit peel and funky notes, as well as farmhouse notes and wooden barrels. Dry finish. Very drinkable.

Gul lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter svovel, granitt, gjær og bondegård. Middels fylde. Sur, noe syrlig. Smaker syrlige grønne epler, sure frukter og gjær. Middels lang.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is brett, funk, citrus, wood and some earth. Flavour is brett, citrus, some wood, funk and mild earthy tones. Somewhat dry palate, but could be a bit more dry

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Grüne Äpfel, dezente Süße, rund. Sehr fruchtig, mineralisch, etwas Zitrone. Weich, ansteigende Säure, langer Nachgeschmack. 9/12/14/11/10/12

375mL bottle, pours a mostly clear bright golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out subtle barnyard funk upfront, with some gentle acidic apple skins. Flavour is much the same, with gentle barnyard funk, light apple skins, but not much actual apple character. There's not a huge amount of funk or depth here. Almost like a cider-lambic hybrid. Light and unobtrusive. Not the most exciting thing De Cam has done, but it's well-made.

Bottle shared with Dimitar. Golden body, white head. Big aroma, sour, minerally, green apples. Juicy taste, green apples, light maltiness, not too funky, nice balance. Overall a tasty fruit lambic by all means! Mthough, so will try again hopefully at some point.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, funk, grapes - apple - citris, sulfur notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, funky, farmhouse, grapes - apples, citrus - grapes, apple sweet - sweet malt, wood notes, balanced, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20211206]
