Very nice. Subtle smoke, apple fruitiness, nice saison feel. Bit of cherry, bit of sweet maltiness.

Freezing Midtown bottle share. Super light pale pour, lightly cloudy. Not much foam but just some bubbles on the top. Nose just has some light yeast size, spritzy. Tastes light and spicy, kind of champagne character, meaty or umami thing with light smoke (maybe). Yorocco at its best, very refined and effervescent.

very hazy light golden color with light frothy head. Slightly funky yeasty dry nose with only faint hints of apples. Really nice, mouth feel very carbonated, light smoked with fresh squeeze apple juice jumping out, but some nice funky yeast character. Hops are lower than expected, but that works well for what it is. Damn, this is a surprise as I remember the smoked apple ale which was good but this is another level. Top notch.
