Keg at U Tomana, Brno. Clear golden, mid sized head. Aroma of tea and hay. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and hay, mild tea. Long bitter finish.

Tap at the place. Deep golden color sligtly opalescent, big white head. Nose is neutral. Flavor of clean pilsener malts and grassy noble hops. Body is medium, taste focuses on grassy hops while malt profile seems a bit cooked out in favor of a sharp dryiness and reduced sugars, taste is indeed bitter while finis is super dry. Almost no yeast or butter, trace of cookies. This compares with syle references such as Staropramen 12 and Plženšký, a bit more robust. Much harder than their dešitzka. Sparkingly clean, excellent as hořká.

Grundsätzlich mag ich das obercoole Lokal nicht, aber das Bier und die Lage sind schon sehr gut. Das klassische Zwölfgrädige ist typisch, wenn auch ein bisschen flach u zu normal. Kann man gut trinken, aber wird schnell fad. Passt zum Essen, wobei mir da ein Elfgrädiges lieber ist.

From tap @ Brew PubU Tomana in Brno. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, noble hop, bready touch. Taste is medium malty base, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, bready, easy drinkable, very good for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Tap at the source in Brno-CZ. Unclear golden leading to Amber pour, rich foam. Nose: mostly grainy, biscuity. Mouth: round malty body with a relevant bitterness.
