Can courtesy of a co-worker. Thanks Kenta! Pours a deep brown to light black with a small bit of beige head. Roasted malt and coffee aromas...a bit stale with some acrid notes. Some notes of kombu, coffee and dark chocolate on the palate. Drying finish with some light chocolate notes.

Bottle from my local AEON Liquors. Pours dark brown, some beige foam at first but that does not last very long. Aroma dry and roasted, burnt rye bread with some light tart notes. Hint of bitter chocolate and morning coffee. Taste that follows has also lots of roast, quite light mouthfeel but still well balanced, not too bitter, not sweet at all. Some blackberries coming out later, leading to mouth coating roasty-bitter finish. Quite enjoyable although maybe not my favourite style.
