Tap at Chit Beer, Ko Kret. Poured a hazy light orange golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is crushed apples, light vanilla notes. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a crisp, big sweet sugary apple, fudgy vanilla palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I’m no fan of ciders, but this was sweet, but not too sweet. The apple flavours were pleasant and the vanilla sweetness was really nice. A very refined cider.
