Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. Not many signs of dry hopping here, but a good beer anyway. 260511

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, light peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110525]

On tap. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Strange bonbon-like aroma and sassafras combined with a heavy yeastiness. Medium body, dry citrusy fruitiness - almost astringent - lightly medicinal with lots of yeast. The finish is dry and lightly bitter. 210511

draft@Chez Moeder Lambic: very hazy, misty yellow with a white head, very different from the normal version, previous flavours have been partially erased by the dry hops, very bold hop flavour, lemon zest, citrus, pepper, spices, something field-like, bitter & dry ///// Tried again on draft this one, not so fresh as the first time around & it is a lot lovelier now, pretty similar to the regular one but with more pronounced fruit notes, tangerine, mandarin, citrus, hops are faints, lovely, fresh 3.6 with some proper age 4.7

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, yeast, malt, lemon, and black pepper. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruits among thhem lemons from the hops, and spices and lemon from the yeast - all of it on a malty background, leading to a dry and spicy finish. Very refreshing.

From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild mango to peachy fruity. Slight yeasty and peppery flavoured. Sweet and light caramelish. Light bitterness into a mild herbal finish. Bitter, herbal and yeasty. Bone dry and phenolic finish.
