Aromas are roast, molasses, dark malt, tobacco, and a hint of anise. Flavors are similar to nose, roast comes out more add in a bit of coffee. Thankfully loses the anise and the molasses. Really good. Full round body with slightly soft carbonation which suits the style. And not overly sweet. I could drink more of these.

Tap at Komachi. Dark brown with a low head. Nose is chocolate and cinnamon. Flavor is cherry leaves, chocolate, cinnamon. Very sweet. Lots of chocolate, and a slightly fruity finish. Somewhat light in body. Interesting but too sweet to drink much.

Tap @ Yona Yona Beer Works, Kanda. Pours dark brown, some beige bubbles on the top. Nose is sweet, light roast, deeper malty sweetness with coffee mocha character. Tastes really sweet, delivers that mocha sweetness and red bean sugary feel quite well. Milky chocolate and roasty nuts with a bit of gingerbread cookies in the finish. Clean.
