750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark pink with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of plums, fruit pie, moderate acidity, and subdued bugginess. Flavour is acidic as hell, with acetone, floral perfumey notes, and some plums. Way too acidic and lacking depth. Not good.

Pink pour and somewhat white bubbles on the top. Chalky berry nose, somewhat tart, bit of barnyard there. Tastes tart, quite acidic in fact. Light berries and fruity tartness. Red currant marmalade. Bit too acidic but I can take it.

Modestly tart nose with good cherries character. Cherries, light body, some what acidic, but a bit simple. Nice.

Tap at MBCT 2018 into a taster showing moderately filtered watermelon red with sparse pink foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of sweet cherry. The palate is highly carbonated and light bodied. Light fruitful cherry flavors with a very high tartness that obscure sthe fruit.
