To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire.

Burk från SB. Bärnstensfärgad med smutsvit krona. Ganska klassisk västkust-IPA åt det lite juicigare hållet. Citrus, citruszest, grape, kåda, tall, granskott. Bra tryck i beskan. Något större, tuggig, viss sötma.

Bottle pour into taster glass. Appearance is lightly hazy with no sparkle, 1/2-finger width off-white head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong pineapple, Polynesian drink. Taste is strong tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, fairly strong tropical fruit but somewhat nondescript.

Dull amber colour, with a slight bit of haze. On the nose this is really quite chewy - was canned quite a while ago but only a few days past date. On the palate, less chewy. Lots of hops, decent amount of bitterness and alcohol showing through but not much hop brightness. Malts are mildly chewy.

Pours a clear, copper-gold with minimal head. Aroma has grass, citrus, and biscuit-malt elements. Flavor follows, along with bitter pine/spruce hop finish. Good typical IPA.

Can, bb 12/19.Clear amber, a rocky inch of white head. Aroma of citrus, some floral and spice notes, crackers. Hints of alcohol and tropical fruit. Light bodied. Dryish with a strong bitter finish. More tropical fruit - mainly mango, some melon - than suggested by the aroma; citrus and some resinous and floral notes linger.
