To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire.

Pours golden yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of pineapple and fruit. Taste is tropical and fruity, guava layered on top of resinous hops. Palate is hoppy, pine elements permeates. Good.

Can, bb 12/19.Clear amber, a rocky inch of white head. Aroma of citrus, some floral and spice notes, crackers. Hints of alcohol and tropical fruit. Light bodied. Dryish with a strong bitter finish. More tropical fruit - mainly mango, some melon - than suggested by the aroma; citrus and some resinous and floral notes linger.

PineBox Rock Shop, Brooklyn tap: pours light orange with a white head. Aroma is light tropical fruitiness and citrus. Taste is fruity, somewhat bitter, but generally rounded.

1 pint can. Pours a clear copper with moderate head. Aromas of candied fruit, melons, dank hops, toffee and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with more lupulin powder and pine which distract rather than add.

Can Clear dark yellow with a sticky white head. Earthy malt and piney citrus hop aroma. The flavor is softly bitter from start to finish. Easy drinking.

Can. Pours a clear gold with a pretty sizable foamy head that dies quickly. Aromas are grassy with a bit of lemon and maybe some papaya or something mildly tropical that doesn't get close to mango, passionfruit or pineapple. Flavor is an odd mix of juicy sweetness, grassy and herbal twang and a slight punch of lemon pith at the very tail end. It's a good one but maybe a bit underdeveloped.
