Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, floral, spelt, oak, lemon zest. Thin body, citrus, oak, spelt, nice tartness, light acidity, very good.

Bottleshare @ Yggdrasil Brewing pre-open. Thanks Justin! Light hazy yellow pour, just a bit of white foam. Super nice nose, tart, salty and decent amount of white vinegar. Fruity. Funky taste with vinegar, refreshing, lots of umami, white vinegar. Utterly satisfying.

Draught at Tornado. Deep gold with a minimal head. Aroma of yeast and wheat. Flavour is sour citrus, dry, tangy citrus sour, salty long dry bitter grain finish, lots of flavour.
