IPA Brewed with Rye

Serious hop bitterness, along with an unyielding grapefruit bouquet from the Amarillo dry hop, balances the malty richness of four varieties of imported Belgian caramel malts. Pours a spectacular crimson with a creamy tan head. A generous addition of rye malt accentuates a spicy, crisp finish.

En kraftfull öl. Smakrik och med en bra balans mellan malt och humle. Smak och doft av apelsin och grapefrukt med en ton av godis.

Pours a crystal clear reddish orange color with a huge bubbly off white head that persists forever. Smells of spice, and pine, with bits of citrus and caramel coming off of the edges. The taste follows the aroma to a tee.Medium to thin body with a moderate level of carbonation and a watery resinous mouthfeel. This is a nice beer, it smells great! For my tastes I would have liked a hint more body though.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy red / dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma of rye malt, citrus hops, dry caramel malt, spices and some sweetness. Flavour of dry caramel malt, rye, dry berries, and harsh bitterness from the hops. Finishes with pungent rye, harsh hoppy bitterness and lots of dry caramel / berries. Very well-made - essentially an IPA.

On tap at Stag’s Head in Manhattan. Pours a crystal clear amber with pure white head with slight lacing. Crisp farm raised grain with sweet malt from the fresh rye. Lots of flora and citrus explode on the aroma with orange as well. Taste is grapefruit and bitter finish on last half of palate.
