Portugalilaisen Post Scriptum breweryn ja espanjalaisen In Peccatum Craft Beerin kanssa tehty kollaboraatio-olut. Stoutin maustamiseen on käytetty jäkälää. Olutta Suomeen tekemään tullut Post Scriptumin edustaja sai muistoksi jäisiltä Tampereen kaduilta kaksi murtunutta kylkiluuta. Siitäpä sitten nimi oluelle.

Draught@HBF2018. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is fruity, frassy, some grainy and earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, soem earthy and mouldy notes with quite dusty tones in the finish.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, lactose sugar, coffe and hops. Sweet roasty finish.

Can@Mathews tasting. Pours opaque black with small light brown head. Aroma is brown sugar, lactose, oatmeal and sweet liquorice. Taste is medium to very sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes is milk, sugar, soy sauce, roasted malt, liquorice, espresso and blackberries. Very rich and will balanced

500 ml can, thanks Janar. Deep brown pour, some beige foam. Light liquorice, molasses and burnt malts, touch of smoke in nose. Taste is sweet, more of these molasses, light roasted bitterness, smooth and feels quite light. Herbal smokey bitterness in the finish, quite mild. Decent and multi-layered.

Can @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of roasted malt. Black colour, no head. Aroma of roasted malt, vanilla, oak, some tar and licorice. Very flat carbon, very viscous texture. Oily. Sweet.
