The Bons Vœux is a blond top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.
Since 1970, the brewery has been brewing a special beer to give as a new years present to their best clients. (the name of this beer “Avec les bons Vœux de la brasserie Dupont » means « With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont » ).
Because of the increasing success, they started to commercialise this “cadeau” but kept the name. Although the demands were considerable, only a small quantity was brewed, so they had to make a reservation list, even months before new year.
This Bons Vœux is coppery blond, has very fine hoparomas and tastes bitter, fruity and mild.
Our selection of yeasts, in combination with a longduring riping process, on a “dry hopping” base, are creating a typical and complex aroma and taste.
A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result in a harmonious and well-balanced beer, full of unexpected and complex aromas.

Many Thanks To Dionizos (Limanowskiego, Radom) for this special beer as a gift. Thanks a lot. (about six years ago). Znakomite piwo, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o prezentację. Wspaniale wygląda, kompleksowe, chmielno-zywiczne świetnie się nalewa, trzeba bardzo ostrożnie bo spore nagazowanie. Gigantyczna piana i super trwała. Aromat biszkoptowo-jabłkowy. W smaku owocowo-biszkoptowe z lekką słodyczą. Finisz rozgrzewający i uderzający do głowy. Polecam zwłaszcza na świąteczną zimową aurę. Jeden z najlepszych farmerskich tripli jak dla mnie.

2009 bottle from Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville. Pours a hazy orange color with a large frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of pale malts, caramel, toasted notes, stone fruits, herbal notes and a bit of spice. The taste is caramel malts, toasted malts, spice, mustard even, some stone fruits, particularly plum. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Bottle from Stichley Wines; pours a burnt yellow with white frothy head, slight cheese rind in the aroma. Grassy yeasty taste with a slight hint of honey. Small amount of sour funkiness, easy drinking high ABV that doesn’t appear in the taste.

Pours cloudy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, fruity and yeast, Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long fruity and dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
