Draught. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some floral, mild toffee as well as some nectary notes. Flavour is earthy, yeasty, some fruity, floral and quite dry wooden notes with a mild touch of funk.

On tap at Villi W�in�, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of farmhouse notes, with a nice saison yeast expression, and dry biscuity malt base. Flavour is quite pronounced on the farmhouse yeast, with a nice expression of saison yeast, with light esters and a dry biscuity malt. Yeasty and farmhouse-y. Quite nice really.

Tap @ Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Pours golden, realtively clear some forma and leaves nice lacings. Was worried if this is really that "farmhouse" style that I enjoy - or is it something differen. No worries, nose confirms that this is funky enough for my taste, fruity, sweetish aroma, filled with funk and horse sweat, some fermented ripe apples. Taste is balanced, fruity and funky, light bitterness. Refreshing and flavourful. Maybe this one has aged a bit now and flavours have blended together in the way that they were supposed to. Great stuff, enjoying this quite a bit.

From backlog. Draught @ OlutExpo 2017, Helsinki. Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of funky yeastiness, spices, earthy notes, hintsof fruits and citrus. Taste is funky, farmyardy and citrusy with some wheaty notes, lemon, coriander, spices and earthiness. Finish is sweetish and spicy with some earthiness, hints of funky yeastiness, farmyard and coriander. Okay.

(Keg at Tommyknocker Helsinki, 20171103) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness, spiciness and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, citricness, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A pleasant hoppy saison.

Draught @ Olutexpo 2017, day 1 Poured deep golden in color with a thin white head. Funkyness, barnyard notes, earthy aroma, mild spicy notes. Flavor is funky with mild bretta notes, wood and citrus. Interesting. Good drinkability.
