Bottle in Minsk 🇧🇾. Sourish fresh beginning with salty grainy hints. Interesting fresh but not too deep. Herbal fresh and easy to drink.

500ml bottle, thanks alex_leit. Golden pour with not much foam, pretty low carbonation. Nose has some homebrew character even, sahti yeast? Taste is soft, little bread and lots of yeast spices. Really feels like koduõlu, better than I thought it would be. Light acidity in the finish, bready doughy feel. Pretty good as sahti, not sure about the style nomination here.

Bottled. Pours cloudy honey yellow liquid with small white head. Aroma: Spices, rye malts, slightly phenolic yeast. Light to medium body. Medium dry taste. Moderately malty. Obvious rye. Somewhat spicy. Is it the thyme? Maybe. Additional weizen-like yeast. No sourness. No saltiness. Low bitterness. An interesting experience. Would never guess the style not knowing that I deal with a gose.
