A Belgian style ale that pours bright with an egg shell cap that leaves sticky lacing above the sunset orange color. Our primary Belgian yeast strain is accompanied by Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for two fermentations that create deeper aromatics of stone fruit and farmhouse pollen and flavors of honey and green tea.

$10.49 bomber from Wine Warehouse. Pours medium golden with an off-white head. Aroma is bubblegum, light funk, hay, yeast, stone fruit. Flavor is tart stone fruit, earth, hay, yeast, dandelion, lemon zest, barrel (this doesn't say barrel aged, but I swear I taste it), white grape.

Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered orange-tan with a creamy off-white head, steady. Funky banana, fruity Belgian yeast aroma, flavor. Definitely get some honey tones. Nice mouthfeel, sort of a Quebec/Belgo feel. Creamy yeast notes, smooth malt. The brett is rather mild, more woody earth tones than sour. Solid offering. Creamy honey banana.

On tap at The Ginger Man, NY. An unclear, orange-colored beer topped by a dense, finger-thick off-white head. It’s fruity on the nose, with some caramel notes. A touch of pepper and wood in the flavor keeps the fruityness and light caramel maltyness company. Lightly acidic, with a nice carbonation. Full body. Long, light sour and funky finish. A bit on the malty side this one I think, but it’s a fine brew anyway. 150624

750ml bottle pours out a light cloudy gold topped with a white head. Nose is brett spice pepper and lots of bread. Taste is more of the brett and spice.
