Bottle. Pours dark orange, some foam also there but coming down quite quickly. Nose is a bit disturbing, lots of herbal bitterness, no fruits, just grass bitterness. Stuffy and taking vegetable direction, slight sour. Taste follows with lots of unbalanced bitterness, something is wrong with this beer, not sure if it got infected or they made some other mistakes - but it is already going sour (was released like 3 weeks ago..), it has lots of weird and wrong bitterness - and only if I try hard, I can feel that nice medium fruity IPA body that has been buried under this thick herbal-sour-bitter blanket. Perhaps Yasugatake hops are not that good for IPA's, maybe some other mess-up but this one is a fail. Sad, because I am cheering for this brewery.
