銀河系のある惑星で採れる五次元フルーツ「うちゅ」は熟すとビッグバンかのごとく弾けて、
あたりに原始宇宙的な香りを充満させます。

350ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, notes of passion fruit, pineapple, some yuzu, lemon, a touch of orange, mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty and oaty malty and tropical fruity, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, mild zesty hop bitterness, hints of orange, mandarine, pineapple, mango; a grassy and minimally mineral touch in the finish. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very drinkable - good.

09/12/2023 350ml can, batch #743 - still a 7% Citra NEIPA. Pours an opaque pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of fresh orange and grapefruit, mango. Taste of fresh orange and grapefruit, mango and pineapple, some peppery hop spice, pithy citrus peel adding some citric bitterness. Medium-full bodied, smooth. That is an outstanding NEIPA, one of the best I've ever had. Right up my street.

Golden white color. Big tropical fruit nose with some white gummy bears, but this is fairly dry and not super dank. ok

Tap at Before 9’s 3rd Anniversary party. Side by side with a US hazy brew. Fair Stare Mirror Universe 7% (L) Big Bang IPA Uchu Brewing (R) Right off the bat both look almost identical hazy orange-gold though Big Bang May be a touch hazier/more opaque. Mirror Universe has a rich tangy orange aroma while Big Bang smells juicier with tropical orange juice notes. Mirror State is medium to full bodied with a sweet sugary finish and good juice. BIg Bang is medium bodied but finish a bit dry and the orange tropical juice kicks things off but it ends with a mild bitter bite. Big Bang comes off less sweet and more balanced, not to style I guess but more drinkable, I like the tangy orange in the finish as well. Both of these are really nice beers, when I saw two hazy IPAs with the same ABV with one from Japan and the other the US, I knew I needed to drink them side by side. They’re quite comparable, solid takes on the style without hitting it out of the park.

Tap at CBM Otemachi. I have no idea what batch this is but I am not going to keep adding another entry for each batch. This was a hazy IPA with Citra hops. Big Citra nose, a bit pissy, lemon, orange, notes of pineapple and a bit resiny. Body was a bit light and slick compared to some others. Peppery finish was decent.

Pours nice yellow, hazy with just a bit of foam on top. Nose is soft, lots of fruity sweetness, overripe, like totally overripe. Some hop bitterness is hinted also. Taste has lots of fruits, ripe papaya, some mango and peach. Starts sweet but then the abundant hops find their way out and start burning your tongue. Really huge improvement for this brewery, this is something I like and would look out again.
