pale color. Slight sweet, apples with some ume. And nice balance and tart and sweetness. More full body, almost like umami in the mouth with ume and apples poking through.

Pours light whitish yellow, bit cloudy. Some carbonation but not foamy. Nose sweetish, reminds me British ciders. Light sweet and tart umeshu nose (thanks Davido). Taste is nicely tart, more body there, maybe some plums and hint of umami. Dry light tart astringency in the finish. Chalky somewhat. Dry lightly bitter finish. Liking this one quite a lot, good depth.
