Brett? Weird cardboard apple juice aroma. Usual no carb, dirty taste, watery apple juice.

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Pours nice amber, quite clear and not very carbonated, some hint of white foam still Nose has some berries, bit of horse blanket and some funk going on. Fermenting apple juice there as well. Taste has nice brett going on, funky and quite light, enjoyable. Ultimate session beer for me (at 6%abv!), glad I took a larger glass of it. Finish dry, some bitter brett coating my mouth, berries. Very satisfying.
