Crisp and fruity with a hint of honey, this ale brewed with Michigan cherries is light on the palate, yet full of surprising depth and flavor. The cherries contribute a tart fruit character, while a touch of honey adds a slight sweetness.

This wheat beer poured a light golden colour. Quick lasting head. Scents include marashino cherries, ???? First taste was smooth with light cherry flavour, not as prodominant as the scent. Light hopp flavour but not much more than the cherries in this one.

Bottle: Poured a lightly red color ale with a small foamy head with average retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of sweet Wisconsin cherries with some more subtle wheat malt. Taste is also dominated by the sweet Wisconsin cherries with a light medicinal note that I wasn’t exactly fond of. Wheat is very subdued and almost impossible to detect. A bit too much of the cough syrup taste for my taste buds but still a worthless effort.

Pours a white head that leaves some temporary lacing. Fuzzy light orange body. Aroma is straight up cherries. Flavour is mostly cherries, but there are noticeable wheaty beer elements in there as well. It has a slightly metallic finish. Also there is a little bit of citrus flavour.

Brown bottle, 12 ounces, gift from Jean Hamilton received on March 31 2008, savoured on April 14 2008; eye: caramel with golden reflections, lightly hazy, slight effervescence, white head that falls rather rapidly leaving a carpet on top of the beer, lacing; nose: maraschino cherry, light malt; mouth: thin, maraschino cherry, light malt, return of the maraschino cherry, finale in maraschino cherry with a hint of honey, fizzy, mildly sweet, medium body, sticky texture; overall: a bit disappointing FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 12 onces, cadeau de Jean Hamilton reçu le 31 mars 2008, savourée le 14 avril 2008; œil : caramel avec des reflets dorés, légèrement voilée, très légère effervescence, mousse blanche qui tombe plutôt rapidement et qui laisse un petit tapis sur la bière, dentelle; nez : cerise au marasquin, léger malt; bouche : mince, cerise au marasquin, léger malt, retour de la cerise au marasquin, finale en cerise marasquin avec une petite pointe de miel, pétillante, moyennement sucrée, corps moyen, texture collante; en résumé : un peu désappointant

Pours with a large, creamy, off-white head with good lacing and retention. Deep gold color with a slight pink tinge. Very nice sweet cheerry aroma with maybe some kool-aid or cotton candy. Taste is solidly cotton candy with some artificial cherries.

Strong, rather sweet cherry aroma. Golden amber color with a decent white head. Thinnish body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is wheat and cherry; mostly wheat. It is sort of Hawaiian Punch flavor. The finish is lightly sweet with just a small amount of bitter. Interesting, but ???

Bottle. Poured red tinged amber with foamy white head that dissipated rapidly. Aroma of citrus and cherries. Thin flavour, with more cherries and not much else. Bitter cherry finish. I can’t rave about this, nor damn it either.
